Til ke Laddoo
Ingredients:
1 cup sesame seeds (til)
¾ cup jaggery (grated)
2 tbsp ghee
½ tsp cardamom powder
2 tbsp chopped nuts (optional)
Instructions:
Roast sesame: Dry roast sesame seeds in a pan on low heat until they turn light golden and aromatic. Let them cool slightly.
Melt jaggery: Heat ghee in a pan, add jaggery, and cook on low heat until it melts and becomes syrupy.
Mix: Add roasted sesame seeds, cardamom powder, and nuts. Mix quickly and turn off the heat.
Shape laddoos: While the mixture is warm, grease your hands and shape into small round laddoos.
Cool and serve: Let them cool and set before serving.
