Til ke Laddoo

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup sesame seeds (til)

  • ¾ cup jaggery (grated)

  • 2 tbsp ghee

  • ½ tsp cardamom powder

  • 2 tbsp chopped nuts (optional)

Instructions:

  1. Roast sesame: Dry roast sesame seeds in a pan on low heat until they turn light golden and aromatic. Let them cool slightly.

  2. Melt jaggery: Heat ghee in a pan, add jaggery, and cook on low heat until it melts and becomes syrupy.

  3. Mix: Add roasted sesame seeds, cardamom powder, and nuts. Mix quickly and turn off the heat.

  4. Shape laddoos: While the mixture is warm, grease your hands and shape into small round laddoos.

  5. Cool and serve: Let them cool and set before serving.
